Join me at Toronto Community Hub, fortnightly on Tuesdays.

Be immersed in sounds from Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs, medicine drum, the voice & other instruments supporting you to relax and be guided into a deeply restorative and healing experience.

Sound has a profound healing effect on your whole body and has been scientifically proven to reduce pain, manage anxiety, calm the nervous system, release stuck energy and emotions and heal on a very deep level.

The collective intention of this sound meditation is to create a supportive space encouraging you to come into a deep state of relaxation in your mind and body. In this state you are able to move stuck energies and heal on a cellular level, ultimately restoring your entire being.

Come prepared with your own personal intention as well as a yoga mat, blanket & pillows for your comfort.

We will enjoy a herbal tea together & an opportunity to share following the meditation.
